Actual hosted output

Checkout /home/loca/dev/OpenMontage, pinned at cd9f3c1f03368be87b140af494914b8ee4e3c7a4. Recovery preserved the earlier native renders rather than overwriting them — they are not newly rendered:

File under projects/demos/renders/Bytes
code-to-screen.mp43665552
focusflow-pitch.mp44190635
world-in-numbers.mp44325037

ffprobe during recovery on world-in-numbers.mp4: H.264 video, 1920×1080, AAC audio, 23.061333 seconds.

These are upstream illustrative demo videos, not the requested usage/tutorial videos. Recovery did not rerun the renderer and does not claim to have witnessed the original render.

Reproduce without keys

From the checkout with its existing .venv and Remotion dependencies:

.venv/bin/python render_demo.py --list
.venv/bin/python render_demo.py world-in-numbers
ffprobe -v error -show_entries format=duration,size:stream=codec_name,width,height -of json projects/demos/renders/world-in-numbers.mp4

The render command overwrites that demo’s output: preserve any wanted existing version first. render_demo.py uses checked-in remotion-composer/public/demo-props/*.json, composition Explainer in remotion-composer/src/index.tsx, and installed Remotion. No media-generation keys are needed; a fresh installation may need network for browser/runtime downloads. Do not silently use a cloud fallback. Setup details: private page (sign-in required).

Open the real media

projects/demos/project.json registers title Zero-key Remotion demos and pipeline type animated-explainer. Recovery added only this marker — no fabricated stage checkpoints or approvals. /api/projects reports three renders and no pipeline state.

All links require existing loca.zone authentication. The server scans actual files and caches thumbnails only under .backlot. See hosted-access and private page (sign-in required).
